Easy Returns & Exchanges
- We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the original condition and packaging, and must not have been used or damaged in any way.
- Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, must be provided.
- To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at customer.services@izzysauvage.com and provide your order number and reason for the return. Our excellent team will provide return instructions and either a shipping label from us our your own shipping label to be sent to our European Warehouse for inspection.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return policy criteria, we will process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, or we can offer store credit if the customer prefers.
- Bodysuits, swimwear, and underwear can not be returned unfortunately.
- We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
